Gateway Strength Services was started by Zack Helmkapf in 2023 to cater to the growing demand of coaching needed by budding and experienced power-lifters alike.
A certified strength and conditioning specialist, with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a certification through the NSCA, Zack has always had a passion for strength training and is dedicated to helping you accomplish your goals and gains, whatever they might be.
